“Setup and maintenance of system test environment” is a service of permanent test organisation X in a production company. It is described as follows in the service catalogue:

  • Service level - 70% availability. Test organisation X provides feedback on the status and progress of the incident to the reporting party within one hour following the first report in 100% of the incidents reported to the Service Desk.
