“Setup and maintenance of system test environment” is a service of permanent test organisation X in a production

Service description - Test organisation X ensures that the client has access to a system test environment during
the test phase. In the event of problems with the environment, test organisation X repairs them. There are a number
of standard components, i.e. key systems like CICS, WebSphere and Windows XP.

Acquisition of this service is a condition for the services:

Input - Problems with the availability of the system test environment must be reported via the Test Organisation X
Service Desk.

Output - The system test environment is available and registration, solution and feedback of disturbances in
relation to the system test environment are provided in the agreed test period.

Service level - 70% availability. Test organisation X provides feedback on the status and progress of the incident
to the reporting party within one hour following the first report in 100% of the incidents reported to the Service
Desk.
